Age Friendly Ireland | Local |

Age Friendly Cavan

Do you want to be part of an exciting project for Older People in the county of Cavan?

Cavan Age Friendly Programme is looking for older people to join in the writing/acting of a one act play to be performed locally for the community in the autumn.

Rekindle those writing skills, or if you always wanted to write and never got around to it, this is your chance to be part of a fun project creating a new play.

If you would like to act in this new play the stage can be yours!

Please contact Cavan Age Friendly Programme by emailing  or phoning 049 437 8581 to register.

The project is due to commence in June with performances in early November and will be facilitated by a professional artist.

Workshops will take place in the Events Space in the Johnston Central Library, Farnham Street, Cavan

The project is funded under the Creative Ireland Programme – Creativity in Older Age Scheme 2023
