The 2024 National Meals on Wheels Network Conference will take place on Friday 1st November 2024 in the Tullamore Court Hotel. This promises to be a beneficial networking event not just for meals on wheels’ providers but also for all other relevant stakeholders. Attendees will include meals on wheels’ providers, HSE personnel and other relevant older persons’ services stakeholders.

The conference’s theme of “Collaboration – A Stronger Voice Together” will focus on providers exploring different methods of collaborating and partnering with relevant agencies, stakeholders and others within their own communities and beyond.

The event will feature presentations relevant to the theme and allow attendees to learn about the various partnerships that can be created and developed to ensure the future growth and sustainability of their service and the meals on wheels’ sector in general.

About the National Meals on Wheels Network

The National Meals on Wheels Network was established in 2015 under the umbrella of Irish Rural Link and launched its website and an interactive map of over 304 Meals on Wheels providers in September 2021. The network supports these providers with the practical sharing of information but more importantly gives them the opportunity to have their voices heard to ensure their continued work to design a country-wide model which supports clients to live independently in their own homes.

For further information about the Network, meals on wheels providers in your area or the upcoming conference please contact Tracey Noone, Development Officer for the National Meals on Wheels Network at or 090 6482744.
