Talk on ‘Healthy Eating as We Age’

Come along to the Events Space in Cavan Library on Farnham Street, Cavan on Monday 22nd July at 10.30am when we will be joined by a Community Nutritionist who will give a presentation on ‘Healthy Eating as We Age’ with a focus on summer eating.

There will be a short cooking demonstration and information on healthy foods to include in our diets as we age. There will be time for questions and answers also.

The session will last for approximately one hour, is FREE and all older people are welcome to attend so please tell your friends.
