On the morning of Friday, 27th September Mayor of Fingal, Cllr Brian McDonagh was joined by Housing Minister Darragh O’Brien to cut the ribbon on the new social housing unit in Monastery Court, Lusk. All dwellings incorporate age-friendly design elements.

The unit comprises of 5 two bed apartments with communal landscaped courtyard and close to all local amenities. This is the first passive housing development that the council has undertaken.
