The team at ARCHES Recovery College, thanks to generous funding from the Saint John of God Better Life Grant and our partners in HSE Health and Wellbeing, are overjoyed to be able to launch the brand new Choir at ARCHES Recovery College: Harmonies of Hope.

This project is a partnership between the highly skilled music therapists of Neurolinks (https://neurolinks.ie), the Cluain Mhuire Psychology Department, and the ARCHES team. The Harmonies of Hope choir is designed to support mental health and wellbeing through the power of collective singing.

Research shows that singing in a choir can have a powerful impact on mental health. It promotes connection, enhances immune system functioning, reduces stress, lifts mood, and increases energy levels. However, our Choir is not just about music – it’s about community, belonging, and hope.

They would love you to join them for an Information Day about the Choir: at 2pm on Wednesday, 1st October in ARCHES Recovery College, Clonskeagh. At this session, you’ll meet the facilitators and hear more about the project so you can decide if you’d like to take part. The Choir sessions will start on the 15th October. Weekly sessions will then take place every Wednesday at 2pm until 17th December. No previous singing experience is needed – just bring your voice and your curiosity.

If you’d like to attend the Information Day, please register by email (), by phone 087 342 9922, or online on the ARCHES website:
