Please find attached links to the online Dublin City Age Friendly Strategy survey which is live and will remain live until Friday, 26th September.   

Please be advised that personal information such as name and contact details are not being sought.

  • If somebody would like to make contact via telephone in relation to the survey – they may do so by calling 01-2225286 (during office hours).
  • Participants can complete a hardcopy form in a public library and can return the completed form to their local librarian.
