Dublin City are looking for your input!

Please find attached links to the online Dublin City Age Friendly Strategy survey which is live and will remain live until Friday, 26^th September.

• Filled in forms via the pdf versions can be scanned and returned to     or you can return it (via post if you wish) to :  Dublin City Age Friendly Programme, Culture, Community, Leisure and Area Services, Community & Social Development Section, Ormond Buildings (Floor 2) , 31-36 Ormond Quay Upper, Dublin 7, Republic of Ireland.

• Alternatively, if somebody wants to make a direct submission they may do so by emailing by the 26^th September.

• If somebody would like to make contact via telephone in relation to the survey – they may do so by calling 01-2225286 (during office hours).

• Participants can complete a hardcopy form in a public library and can return the completed form to their local librarian.
