Offaly County Council are bringing the Mount Lucas Training Rig to the Bridge Centre , Tullamore Co Offaly for 4 days in June ( 4th to 7th) . Over the 4 days there will be a variety of presentations and drop-in sessions for the public.

SEAI staff will be available for the 4 days along with members of from Mount Lucas Training Centre to explain all about retrofitting/ grants available and how to save energy in the home.

The rig is fitted out with various examples of all the types of retrofitting options available to homeowners. When you visit the Rig you will see first-hand the types of insulation available , a heat pump in action and solar panels etc.

On Friday 7th Jacinta Barrins will be in attendance to give 50 min presentations that are aimed specifically at the over 60’s.
