Dublin City – given its 5 Older Persons Council’s has a vibrant ‘activities’ programme that builds on Dublin City Council and its partners wide reach in relation to service delivery across the city.
Given that we in Dublin City have an ageing population, the ability to consult with Older Adults on issues that are relevant to them not only assists the city in terms of practical developments now but also into the future. Future proofing – the city is an important principle of the Age Friendly Programme within Dublin City – ensuring that the city is developed and adapted in a way that it caters for all stages of life.
