Kildare County Council unveils new housing development at Blackrath Ridge, Athgarvan

Kildare County Council have announced the completion of a new housing develpoment at Blackrath Ridge, Athgarvan, Co. Kildare. The project has delivered 18 new residential units under the Rebuilding Ireland Action Plan.

The development consists of three 1-bedroom houses, two 2-bedroom houses and thirteen 3-bedroom houses, all of which have an ‘A’ BER rating and finished to a high standard. Additionally, three od the units are Universally Designed, Accessible and Age Friendly, single-storey houses. The first of the new tenants received their keys to their new homes in February this year.
