Kildare Age Friendly Business Launch

Kildare branches of Life Credit Unions are the latest business in Kildare to gain accreditation to the Age Friendly Business Programme and to mark the occasion they hosted an Age Friendly launch/coffee morning. It was a pleasure to attend the launch in the Naas Branch along with Bruce representing the National office and Kiera from the Local Enterprise office.

This accreditation is in recognition of the changes the Kildare Branches have undertaken to provide a quality Age Friendly service for its members. Staff training and Age Friendly ambassadors are some of the initiatives already rolled out.

It is hoped that other businesses across Kildare will recognise the need for and the benefits of Age Friendly services and sign up for the next training session.
