Bunclody Library Adult Book Club – Thur 5th September, 7.30pm – 8.15pm

This month Bunclody Library will be discussing ‘The Bee Sting’ by Paul Murray. All are welcome. Book available to borrow in library, just ask at desk. New members are always welcome – just pop in!

Little Kneaders Make Your Own Therapy Dough Workshop – Wed 11th September, 10.30am -11.30am

Each participant will make two therapy doughs using 100% natural hand blended oils from Cork designed to awaken the mind and provide moments of calm. Therapy dough is proven to improve muscle memory in the hands, strengthen the muscles in the fingers and hand, reduce anxiety and reduce heart rates by refocusing the mind to the hands. It will incorporate breathwork and direction of daily rituals to provide mindful moments. This is an Age Friendly adult event for over 55s.
