Body and Soul Day for Older People, May 2023, Leitrim

Leitrim Development Company held their annual Body and Soul day for Older People on 29th May. The day was attended by 120 people from groups across Leitrim, who took part in workshops including Using aromatherapy oils at home, dance drama, attitude of gratitude, sound therapy, movement to music, organic gardening, local history, watercolour painting and postural stability. We also had a lovely lunch and lots of sunshine.
