Monaghan Age Friendly Programme, in partnership with the Local Enterprise Office provided Age Friendly Business Recognition Programme training for local businesses on Monday 16th July. A wide variety of businesses attended including Connolly’s Chemist, Coral Leisure, Truagh Development Association, Diamond Imaging, The Petal Pot and the Hillgrove Hotel. These businesses value their older customers and are putting measures in place to enhance their services for Older People.

Monaghan Age Friendly Programme will advertise the training and hope to put on a second programme later in 2024. Interested businesses can contact:
