ICSH Allianz Biennial Community Housing Awards 2025

The ICSH Allianz Biennial Community Housing Awards offers a platform to demonstrate innovation and sustainability in public housing projects that our approved housing bodies members, local authority partners and the Land Development Agency deliver for communities across the country. The 2025 Awards recognise excellence across eight individual categories. The ICSH seeks category entries from both urban and rural projects that communicate the diversity of affordable housing being delivered across the country. Applications Deadline 26th May!

Winners will be announced at the ICSH National Housing Conference on Wednesday 15th October 2025 in the Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan.

Who Should Enter?

Approved Housing Bodies
The awards are open to all housing associations and housing co-operatives across the country. This competition is an opportunity to salute the work and achievements of both large and small organisations, communicating the diversity of people, skills and activities in the approved housing body sector.

Local Authorities
The Awards are open to all local authorities offering an opportunity to highlight public housing delivery achievements and innovative housing initiatives that are the cornerstone of sustainable communities.

Land Development Agency
The Land Development Agency and other partners have become key in delivering public and affordable housing recently and we have expanded our eligible entrants to acknowledge this.
