preparation and distribution of resilience packs to 70 community groups in the county
Resilience Packs Rural Isloation
preparation and distribution of resilience packs through the 13 Agricultural Co OPs in the county targeting rural men not engaged with community groups
Resources for Older Adults
Sport Ireland Older Adults Booklet and Cara Home Exercise Booklets were printed and distributed to Older Adults within the Community to help them engage in physical activity at home. Age and Opportunity DVDS were also given out to individuals and groups that requested a DVD.

The aim of the project was to keep the older population within the Killorglin/Killarney and surrounding areas connected.
