Here Am I – A Collaborative Arts and Online Communication Programme
Here Am I is a collaborative arts and online communication programme, which has supported older people impacted by isolation in Galway City to make their own self-expressive film and sound projects during Covid-19 restrictions. The programme also provided a light-hearted and supportive social outlet for people to learn basic online communication skills (Zoom, Email and WhatsApp) while engaging in creative practices.
Here Comes The Sun
The Here Comes the Sun project has fostered creativity across the generations connecting communities across county Clare. This Age Friendly intergenerational project brings together primary schools, secondary schools, nursing homes, virtual day centres, and families.

HSE Community Work Department
The HSE Community Work Department for Cork South worked with over a hundred community organisations, groups and associations based in Cork City and Cork County in addition to statutory organisations and institutions throughout Covid.
HSE Physiotherapy Exercise Classes for Older Adults
Twice weekly gentle exercise classes provided by a Physiotherapist within the HSE to older adults over zoom.
