“To provide a coordinated programme of physical activities to support individuals especially those cocooning in the home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic especially those who may not have access to online supports. Develop links with local radio stations Highland Radio / Ocean FM & Radio na Gaeltachta to highlight the challenges being experiences by people that are socially isolated or cocooning, raise awareness of the importance of movement and activity at this time to both physical and mental health and to highlight some practical and simple examples of exercise through the movement guide.”
