Description
Movement Minutes is an initiative that started in March 2020 when Covid-19 forced us into lock down and restricted older adults in particular, from engaging in physical activity outside of their own homes. Sessions are delivered on line, through face book live and last for up to 30 minutes. Sessions are delivered three times a week with a large variety of activities ranging from games, yoga, tai chi, dance and more. To date there is over 150 sessions that can be accessed through our social media.
