Description
Monaghan Age Friendly Keep Well booklet is an easy to read 50 page booklet providing information on each of the five key themes of the governments Keep Well Campaign. 1. Keeping active 2. Staying connected 3. Switching off and being creative 4. Eating well 5. Managing your mood The booklet also includes important contact information for key services in the community. The information is laid out in a easy to read format and provides suggestions and tips that are achievable and accessible to older people who don’t have access to online information and opportunities.
