Description
25-30 older adults will be assessed following referral and provided with suitable technology to suit their needs and allow them to stay safe in their homes Alone runs the initiative which supports older people in their homes. The technology will allow them to manage their own health and well-being, remain at home safer for longer and continue to live independently. An Application hosted by NetwellCASALA will show the persons blood pressure, sleep quality, time in rooms, glucose levels and temperature in their home. If these are irregular interventions are made.
