Description

Twice weekly gentle exercise classes provided by a Physiotherapist within the HSE to older adults over zoom. These gentle exercise classes run every Tuesday and Thursday mornings on a weekly basis, provided by a Physiotherapist within the HSE to older adults over zoom. They commenced in 2020 shortly after the pandemic hit and have been ongoing since. There is great engagement amongst the community with up to 65 people attending on a weekly basis.

  3. Easier for older people to engage with the HSE Physiotherapist. i.e. better access to this service, can access it from their homes and is totally free.
