The Service consists of reaching out to the most isolated via Meals on Wheels and developing relationships that will encourage and support older people to access supports & services that will , help the Older person to remain in their own homes and communities, such as access to: Examples: Grants via Offaly Co Co for Housing adaptation, Retro fitting opportunities for those in Social Housing
