Description
To enable face to face conversations and connections there were internet capable devices issued to each unit. the numbers were shared with families and face time calls were encuraged and supported enabling ongoing connectivity to loved ones.

Challenges in Planning / Delivery
- cnnectivity to internet as it is sporadic in the hospital
- ensuring that staff had capacity to assist with non planned calls.
- ongoing connection and face to face asssurances to loved ones

- enablement of communication to families even when they are abroad
