In 2020, Age & Opportunity announced the five artists and six care settings who participated in the Care Hubs of Arts & Creative Excellence iniativite 2020/2021 funded by Creative Ireland’s Creativity in Older Age Programme, with support from the Arts Council of Ireland. Centred on thoughtful and bespoke arts experience for older people in care around Ireland. Raheen one of the five residency’s-composed a song connecting to the home place and relationship to the song performed, engaging the local community choir/local musicians to show-case the work to the wider community.
