Specific Actions / Commitments

1. We consciously stock a range of footwear that are suitable for an ageing population e.g. wide fitting shoes together with shoes and slippers with removable insoles to facilitate orthotics.
2. We will facilitate older customers with special requirements, who’s needs aren’t met on high street retail by inviting them to our showroom where a member of staff is trained to access their special requirements and advise on suitable footwear.
3. We will post single pair orders to individuals when requested.
