Specific Actions / Commitments

1. Customer seating in the office to ensure that older customers have a seat rather than remain standing in a queue.
2. High visibility advertising and Information Screen now installed in our main office which highlights all our services.
3. Tablet and printer available to enable our older members to print off bank statements with the assistance of our staff.
4. In some instances where a member is unable to come into the office we would carry out the transaction in their car. Another benefit to our older members is the provision of car parking onsite and easy access to the office with no steps or ramps.
