1. Two chairs with handles placed next to our queue to allow older members to take a seat
2. Magnifying glasses/spectacles will be available at each teller desk/loan desk to facilitate easier reading of forms
3. Opening of double doors at front and moving our queueing barriers to allow easier access/egress for scooter/wheelchair users.
