Specific Actions / Commitments

1. 1. Provide the specific phone unique number of the Spry Finance Consultant that will be exclusively dealing with the customer (this is to allay the fear that people have over answering calls from unknown numbers)
2. 2. We are going to change our post loan completion survey to include a question on what we can do better to make our process easier to navigate? (All our customers are over 60 years of age so no need to specifically state)
3. 3. We are going to increase the size of the font on all of our customer documents, i.e. our customer brochure, terms of business and lifetime loan fact sheet, to make more reader friendly. In additon we will put a glossary in our customer brochure to assist in understanding of financial terminology where necessary
