  1. Longer appointment times for over 70s to give them the required extra attention that may be needed
  2. We are based over two levels with our collections department on the first floor but if an older person comes in on the ground floor to collect glasses we will bring them in and do the collection for them there
  3. As the age friendly champion for the store I am the meet and greeter and with that I make sure to spend as much time as needed with our older customers
