Specific Actions / Commitments

1. We have located a straight back chair right inside our main door of our hotel lobby with 2 arm rests on it for easy access for getting up and down. Our lobby is a quiet meeting area with various sitting areas around the lobby making it the perfect venue to catch up with friends for coffee/drinks etc.
2. Our Gastro Menu in our Old Lodge Gastro Pub was a dark green on the inside where you would read the menu.  It was quiet difficult to read in the dime lighting in the evening time, so we have changed the menu to be on a white background which makes the menu much easier to read now.
3. We have purchased reading glasses and antiseptic wipes to have behind the counter to help our patrons should they forget their glasses.
