  1. we have made a few pairs of ready readers so that when our older patients have lost or misplaced  their glasses we can give them a pair to use until their glasses are ready
  2. we are providing them toilet access if needed while they waiting for their eye examination
  3. we have now a tablet that can be used for taking photos if the patients wants to see herself/himself while trying the frames on
  4. we are also provide our patients water if they need to take their medication or if they just need a bit of water while waiting for their eye examination
