Specific Actions / Commitments

  1. We have become more mindful of the volume & genre of music being played in our banking hall & we thought it would be nice to play music from different time periods that our older members might like.
  2. We have placed some extra seating in the different areas of our banking hall in case an older member feels the need to take a seat at any time.
  3. We have decided to make a more private area of our banking hall available for our older members to do business if they wish. We have a private office in this area & seating should they need to rest or if they need to complete a transaction that may take some time.
