  2. We wil provide a courtesy call to our guests on our Over 55 package prior to arrival to arrange an appropriate room for them, if they have any special requirments and to confirm their booking. During this call we will also arrange with them for a suitable check in time. This will allow them to avoid waiting in a que when they arrive at the hotel. And also take the pressure off their journey as they can arrive when is suitable to them.
