Specific Actions / Commitments

1. Extend the allocated consultation time by at least 20 additional minutes where our Solicitors or staff are meeting with an older person.
2. Before we start out consultation ask our elderly client if they are comfortable and if there is anything that we can do to make the meeting any easier, e.g. speak a little louder or offer a glass of water.
3. We are endeavouring to improve our internal signage to identify where the toilet areas are located and highlight access point.
