1. To have a music free hour to take into consideration customers with hearing aids, hearing problems and people that are hearing impaired.
2. To have a spare set of glasses behind the counter to provide to the older customer base if they have forgotten to bring their own.
3. To have a newspaper and radio feature to promote the Pharmacy as an age friends business with additional information.
4. A bathroom available to all customers, wheelchair access and ramp available.
5. Good inviting lighting , friendly staff, clean and clear spacious aisles and great signage.
