Specific Actions / Commitments

1. 1. Keep a magnifying glass at the counter for anyone with impaired vision/who has forgotten their glasses. 2. Move the radio away from the counter to make it easier to hear. 3. We will keep our interior doors open on their clips to eliminate older people having to push through 2 sets of doors to get into our office where possible and/or we will get up and open the external doors for our older customers.
