1. We will place a chair inside the front door so older customers they can sit down straight away when they enter the office.
2. We will leave the magnifying glass by the counter if they wish to use it.
3. If customer is hard of hearing and office is noisy, we will take them to back office to discuss policies in a quieter environment.
