Specific Actions / Commitments

1. Have the visual aid to hand (magnifying sheet) to offer assistance for visually impaired customers; speak loudly for customers who may have hearing difficulties and speak slowly and clearly for all our older customers to ensure they hear and understand what we are saying.
2. We will provide assistance opening doors for older customers when entering and leaving the premises. This may even extend to helping them out of their car where necessary in order to enter the office.
3. We will also ensure that adequate seating is provided to older customers while waiting to be served and while being served by us.
