  1. We always provide seating. Chairs with arm rests to enable people to sit in to the chairs and get out of them.
  2. Display the clothes in ways that are easily accessible with no obstructions in the store, but also be available to help if assistance is wanted.
  3. Ensure the changing rooms are warm, easliy accessible, have a seat and a space to hang/leave their clothes. Also a long shoe horn is often needed in our changing rooms. If changing isn’t possible in a store environment, our customers can take out the clothes to try them in the comfort of their own home.
