Specific Actions / Commitments

  1. We will be promoting a leisure package for over 55s which will include 2 nights Dinner, Bed & Breakfast, access to our leisure centre, and a 40- minute PT session in our gym one day, and a 40-minute treatment the second day.
  2. We intend to bring in an over 55s welcome service which consists of a porter service bringing bags to their room while they are welcomed in our lobby with tea/coffee and biscuits/scones. They will also have a representative explain the facilities of the hotel and provide any other relevant information to them.
  3. We intend to provide newspapers in the rooms with disposable reading glasses before arrival and delivered the following day.
