- Dedicated phone line for the older customer similar to premier or vulnerable. Esp with statement printers being removed- during covid we were able to give customers a direct number to check balances etc- customers were really happy with that. (Golden years direct line)
- Extra fraud posters/marketing in branch highlighting fraud SMS etc. We want to let our customers know we got their backs with all the fraud occuring now. We need to highlight exactly what a fraud message looks like on posters etc. older customers get very worried about the fraudldulent SMS
- Older customers loved the tea and teaches we used to provide- hopefully when covid guidleines relax we can invite customers back to branch for coffee mornings etc
